"Yoga with BSG" is an online Platform to showcase YOGA, which will help to create awareness among the community through virtual world. It also helps to promote fit India Movement. "Yoga enhances our quest for a healthier planet. The programme Yoga with BSG is telecasting on BSG YouTube channel live at 07:00 thrice in a week- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on regular basis with different Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation and Asanas.

Regional Level Virtual Yoga Fest - “Yoga With BSG “ has been successfully organized by the Regional Headquarters on 21st June 2020 from 7:00 am to 8:30 am in which around 171 participants from 07 Regional States namely - Bihar, E.Rly, E.C.Rly, E.Co.Rly, Odisha, S.E.Rly and West Bengal participated virtually via Zoom Webinar. The programme was started with the Welcome Address. The Event was inaugurated by Mrs Darshana Pawaskar, Jt Director of Guides (Field Operation).
