Thank you very much for appointing the State Coordinator for Membership Growth of the Bharat Scouts and Guides for your state.

 I am happy to inform you that a training programme has been planned by National Headquarters from 16 (Morning) to 19 (Evening) March, 2020 at National Headquarters, New Delhi for the Membership Growth Coordinator. The details of the training programme are as follows:

Name of the Training Programme - State Membership Growth Coordinators Training

Dates - 16th (Morning) to 19th (Evening) March, 2020

Date of Reporting - 15th March, 2020 (Evening) 

Date of Departure - 20th March, 2020 

Financial Assistance - Free hospitality will be provided by NHQ. Second Class Sleeper Train fare/Bus fare will be reimbursed on production of Railway/Bus tickets. 

What to carry - Scout/Guide Uniform as per APRO Part II/III, Laptop, Toilet Requisite and other materials required for the camp etc. APRO II/III & Scheme of Training books.

You are requested to inform the coordinator to prepare a draft plan of membership growth for your state as per present scout guide membership, available youth population and school going youth in your state. It's an advance information for keeping their dates free. The final intimation of the training programme will be informed you soon.
