Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform you that the Sri Lanka Association is organizing 12th Sri Lanka National Cubboree in Gampaha District, Western Province Sri Lanka. Cubs and Cub Leaders of SAANSO region can take part in the event.

Details are as follows:

Dates: 06th to 08th April, 2019

Arrival at Venue: Participants Should arrive on 05th April, 2019

Departure from Venue: Participants can Depart on 09th April, 2019

Who can attend: Young Members (Boys and Girl) aged 07-11 Years old and Adult Cub Leaders ( 01 Six consists of 06 Cubs and 02 Cub Leaders)

Registration Fee: USD 150.00 per person

The fee covers food, accommodation, activities on site and educational visits to places of interests off-site, Cubboree souvenirs and Inland transportation between Colombo Bandaranayake (CMB) International Airport and to and from off-site Venues.

Climate: 28O-34O C with occasional rain.

Caution Fee: Rs. 5000/- Non- refundable (Draft in favour of “ Bharat Scouts and Guides” payable at New Delhi)

Air fare & VISA: New Delhi to Colombo Bandaranayake (CMB) International Airport and back approximately `35,000/- (subject to actual) inclusive of VISA charges.

Last  Date of Application: Since the time is short, preference will be given on “First Come First Serve basis” application of the participating candidates should reach National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 31st January, 2019 along with a photocopy of valid passport and caution money.

You are requested to encourage Cub & Bulbuls with their Leaders and recommend application in prescribed Proforma (enclosed) to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi latest by 31st January, 2019.
