We are glad to inform you that Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia, State of Johor would like to invite participants in the Johore International Girls in Scouting Gathering 2019 with the aims to create a network of sisterhood and friendship in Guiding at all levels –locally and internationally enhance the quality of the young people through global communication and fun filled Guiding activities as an idea/cultural exchange platform.

Details are as follows:

Dates: 09th to 11th March, 2019

Arrival at Venue: Participants Should arrive by 09th March, 2019 at 2.00 p.m

Departure from Venue: Participants can Depart on 11th March, 2019

Theme: “Every Girl is a Princess”

Who can attend: Guides (aged 09 to 17 as on 09th March, 2019), Ranger (aged 18 to 25 as on 09th March, 2019), Unit Leader (aged 23 and above as on 09th March, 2019)

Registration Fee: RM 250.00 (Ringgit Malaysia) per person

Event Fee covers: Event Kit and material, Food (from 09 to 11 March 2019 Tea onwards)

Event Fee Does not Covers: Inland Transportation from the entry checkpoint i.e. Senai International Airport, Johor Bahru Ferry Terminal, Johor Bahru CIQ and Larkin Bus Station.

Caution Fee: Rs. 5000/- Non- refundable (Draft in favour of “ Bharat Scouts and Guides” payable at New Delhi)

Air fare & VISA: New Delhi to Malaysia and back approximately `49,000/- (subject to actual) inclusive of VISA charges.

Last  Date of Application: Since the time is short, preference will be given on “First Come First Serve basis” application of the participating candidates should reach National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 25th January, 2019 along with a photocopy of valid passport and caution money.

You are requested to encourage Guide, Ranger and Unit Leaders and recommend application in prescribed Proforma (enclosed) to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi latest by 25th January, 2019.
