Dear Sir/Madam,

In continuation of our Circular No. 93/2018 dated 26th October, 2018, we are pleased to inform you that a Special Committee with National Commissioner of Guides as Chairperson is considering proposals to be included as part of Centenary year of Rangering.

We are yet to receive proposals from Units/ States/ Districts.

We therefore, request you to submit all proposals latest by 15th March, 2019 for consideration of the Task Force Committee.
