Dear Sir/Madam,

The Schedule of Events for the year 2019-20 duly approved by the Commissioner’s Conference (Planning Committee) and National Executive Committee in its meeting held on 31st March, 2019 at National Headquarters, New Delhi is forwarded herewith for favour of your kind information and necessary action.

We would like to request you to kindly depute participants from your State for the activities & training Courses as per schedule for Events only on receipt of official communications from the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi, National Training Centre, Pachmarhi and concerned Regional Headquarters.

This is also to inform all concerned that participation in Adult Training Courses/Specialized Courses being organized by NHQ/NTC/RHQ may be self financed or to be sponsored by the respective State Associations/ Institutions in the case of Travelling Expenditure. Only Free boarding & lodging will be provided by the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters. For all events, separate circulars will be issued. Without circular no one will be deputed to attend events.

We have applied for grant-in-aid from Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports for subsidising Boarding & Lodging expenses and partial re-imbursement of Travelling Expenses for Regional Events and Youth Programme.
