Dear Sir/Madam,

The Annual Census information in respect of your State has to be submitted to the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters for the year ended 31st March 2019 which is urgently needed to consolidate the information/ data for the ensuing National Level Meetings. On receiving the Census/Data from your State, same will be placed for approval and accordingly necessary bills of Individual Registration Fee will be prepared and sent to your States.

You are requested to please provide the Census Information/data for both the wings of your state for the Census Year 2018-2019, in the prescribed Proforma (enclosed) latest by 31st May 2019 to the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi. In case of some remaining census receive late at State Headquarters you may send in 2nd installment by 15th June 2019, but 1st installment send by 31st May, 2019 positively.

The membership of Lady Cub Master and Lady Scout Master need to be mentioned as their membership is to be affiliated to WOSM. Please update the data.
