This is to inform you that the Odisha State was devastated by Cyclone “FANI”. Property and Infrastructure worth crores of rupees have been damaged. Our fellow countrymen in Odisha State need our help at this critical hour to rebuild their lives.

I request all the members of scout/guide fraternity to stand shoulder to shoulder with our distressed brothers and sisters in Odisha State  and be a part of the National efforts to support them in this hour of crisis. 

Rajasthan State already dispatched relief materials.

I, therefore, request all State Associations to support the affected State by contributing for rehabilitation of the victims.
