We are glad to inform you that the Korea Scout Association (KSA) has invited to participate in their 18th National Rover Moot to be held in Julpo bay mudflat Ecology Park in Buan County Jeollabuk-do where is a part of the places for 25th World Scout Jamboree.

Details are as follows:

Arrival at Venue: 12th August, 2019

Departure from Venue: 16th August, 2019

Who can attend: Rovers aged between  18 to 26 years

Registration Fee: USD 200 per person i.e., INR Rs. 15000/- including bank transfer charges

Caution Fee: Rs. 5000/- Non- refundable, if selected and not participated. Draft in favour of “ Bharat Scouts and Guides” payable at New Delhi

Air fare & VISA: New Delhi to Korea and back approximately Rs. 60,000/- (subject to actual) inclusive of VISA and Travel Insurance charges.

Last  Date of Application: Since the time is short, preference will be given on “First Come First Serve basis” application of the participating candidates should reach National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 15th June, 2019 along with a photocopy of valid passport, caution money Rs. 5000/- and event registration fee Rs. 15,000/- total Rs. 20,000/-

You are requested to encourage Rover Scout and recommend application in prescribed Proforma (enclosed) to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi with DD of Rs. 20,000/- per head in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts and Guides payable at New Delhi latest by 15th June, 2019.
