We are pleased to inform you that keeping in view of this Pandemic situation, The Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Training Centre, Pachmarhi is organizing Online Pre-ALT Course for Scout Wing. The purpose of the course is to equip senior Wood Badge Holders to become a Trainer for Unit Leaders.

The course details are as under:

Name of the Course: Online Pre-ALT Course for Scout Wing.

Date: 24th to 30th September, 2020 (07 days) – 4 Hours daily

Scout/Guide Welfare Fund: Rs.700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Only) payable through online only. The amount to be deposited before filling the google form and the receipt to be uploaded with the google form.

Who can apply: 

i) Be a HWB Parchment holder.

ii) Be running the unit of his/her section.

iii) Have completed at least six months after receiving the HWB Parchment.

iv) Have assisted at least one Basic/Advanced Course in the appropriate section after receiving the HWB Parchment.

v) Have at least Two Tritiya Charan Cub/ Four Tritiya Sopan Scout/Two Rajya Puraskar Rover to his/her credit.

vi) Should complete Pre-Course Assignment.

NB.: Sl. No. ii and v are not applicable in case of full time professionals at all levels. They have to submit the letter from the State Secretary in this regard.

Last date: Last date for registration (Online) through Google Form is 25thAugust, 2020 by 5.30 pm.

Internet knowledge : Applicant should have knowledge of computer/laptop and should able to handle independently the sessions via Zoom.

Final Information: Final Information (selection letter) will be sent in first week of September, 2020 by E-mail only.

If the candidate gets selected, they will receive the selection letter with a Registration number, only after getting confirmation from the State.

As the number is limited, the selection will be on ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE’ basis. If the numbers of eligible candidates are more than 40, they will be invited in the next courses after finalization of the course dates.
