, As we all are aware that due to COVID-19 pandemic in the country, keeping in view of the safety and security, all physical activities under Boy/Girl Programme were suspended at all Level.

An alternative syllabus towards progressive advancement of the Youth is already circulated to the State Association to initiate activities from home/online during the emergency situation like COVID-19 pandemic.

We appeal all the State Association to kindly encourage the Groups/Units to start online Group/Unit activities if they are not able to organise physical activities as per guidelines of local Government, so that progressive advancement of the youth will not be disturbed and activities related to Scouting/Guiding is continued in the organisation at Group/Unit level.
