Dear Sir/Madam,

The Bharat scouts and Guides with the help of World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) is organizing a leadership seminar from 19th to 22nd March 2021. This seminar will be based on the six Leadership Mindsets of WAGGGS toolkit. We are looking for dedicated young members who can physically attend the workshop.

The details of the workshop are as follows:

Event Name             : - Prepare to Learn Prepare to Lead
Dates                        :- 19.03.2021 to 22.03.2021
Venue                       :- The Bharat Scouts and Guides National Headquarters, New Delhi.
Date of Reporting     :-18thMarch 2021 before lunch
Date of Departure     :- 22nd March 2021 after dinner
Who can attend        :-Rover/ rangers / Unit leaders with in the age of 18-30 yrs.
                                  •    Preference to be given to the Youth Committee members.
                                  •    Interested to learn about Leadership Model in moredepth.
                                  •    Good Communication skills in English.
S/G Welfare Fund      :- Contribution @ Rs. 280/- at time of Registration
Quota Allocation        :- Two per state (one from each wing)
Financial Assistance  :-National Headquarters will reimburse travel subsidy as per NHQ norms on production of train/Bus                                       ticket in original.Participants of Railway State are requested to utilize Railway Pass.
What to Bring             :- Two sets of correct and complete uniforms as per APRO- II/III.
                                    Personal Laptop If possible.

Skill enhancement session are planned looking into the needs of effective working of National Youth Committee. If National Youth Committee members are not available then any other members from State Youth Committee to be deputed.

Note: National Youth Committee Meeting will be held physically at NHQ, New Delhi on 18.03.2021 at 03.00 P.M.
