Dear Sir/Madam,
We are very glad to inform you that the Bharat Scouts and Guides is going to create one more milestone in the glorious history of BSG, India. The Association of Indian Universities agreed to introduce Scouting/Guiding in all the Universities in India. We are enclosing herewith a letter issued by Hon’ble Secretary General of the Association of Indian Universities Dr. (Mrs.) Pankaj Mittal who is also the National Commissioner of Ranger in the Bharat Scouts and Guides.You are requested to have communication and meetings with all the Universities belong to your jurisdiction and arrange to form the District Association under BSG Rules 90 (ReferRule Book). Please find here with the annexure - A & B regarding guidelines for forming District Association and Registration of the University at the earliest, so the we may together shared the profoundness by the end of the year 2021 to ensure Scouting Guiding is functioning in all the Universities in our Nation.
