We are happy to inform you that to strengthen the Bharat Scouts and Guides , Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner has introduced a new scheme called “SCOUT GUIDE WELFARE FUND” during the National Executive Committee Meeting held at National Headquarters, New Delhi on 19^th May 2018.

We request all the State Associations to support towards contribution for the “SCOUT GUIDE WELFARE FUND” atleast ten times of their present census which will enable us to take scouting/guiding forward by conducting more and more activities and training programmes in the years to come.

We are enclosing herewith 10 copies of the brochures of “SCOUT GUIDE WELFARE FUND” which also contains the privileges available for the donors of this scheme. Soft copy of the brochure is also attached herewith in the email. You may have photocopies of the same as per your requirement.

We request you to please encourage good number of donors from your state for this noble cause to enhance qualitative and quantitative development of the organisation and for the greater visibility of the movement as a whole.
