It is an honour for us to introduce this booklet for the “Beginners Course”. We have young Adults, who for some reasons or another are not able to do the Basic Course, in spite of wanting to do so and depriving themselves and so many young children from joining this great movement of the Bharat Scouts and Guides.

Therefore, this is an initiative taken by Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner Dr. K. K. Khandelwal to encourage, motivate and facilitate young adults to join the movement by starting and running their own unit after only four hours course which has been duly agreed by the Programme, Training, Planning and National Executive Committee held on 30^th and 31^st March, 2019. Expect the approval of the same in the forthcoming National Council. The course is now going to be implemented by the State Training Commissioners for the good cause of the organisation.

Let us come together and do our best to give and contribute to the growth of the movement, in the simplest way possible.
