Government of India is commemorating the 150^th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Father of the Nation, at national and international level to propagate his message. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain, Hon’ble President of the Bharat Scouts and Guides and Dr. K. K. Khandelwal, Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner, the Bharat Scouts and Guides decided to celebrate the 150^th birth anniversary of Gandhi at National, State, District and unit level.

The Bharat Scouts and Guides plan multifaceted programme to celebrate 150^th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi for the period of two years up to 2^nd October, 2020. The programme involving the members of the movement at all level.

The soft copy of the suggested programmes and logo of the Birth Anniversary of Mahatma are enclosed herewith. You are requested to use the logo in office stationeries like letter head, envelop, state publications, literature, banner of the events, website, emails etc. Suggested activities to be circulated up to grass route level for its implementation and report to concern Regional headquarters along with photographs by email. Regional headquarters will compile the programme under the head “Mahatma – 150” and send it to [email protected] by 10^th of every month.
