Applications are invited for the following post in the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters, Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16, M. G. Marg, I. P. Estate, New Delhi – 110002.

Joint Director (Guides) : (Scale: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100+ Grade Pay Rs. 5400).

Requirement:

a) Educational Qualification - Minimum Graduate with English as one of the language. Preferably Post Graduate. 

b) Professional Qualification - Leader Trainer in any wing of the Guide Section. Guide Leaders who have attended Advanced Management Course of APR/NHQ will be given preferences.

c) Age - Below 60 years as on 01.07.2019 (relaxation in exceptional cases).

b) Experience - At least 15 years of working experience as SOC/STC/State Secretary/Joint State Secretary or any other executive post in the State/National.

e) Salary -

1. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400 with usual allowances as per rules of the Bharat Scouts and Guides for regular appointee.
2. Consolidated salary of Rs.25,000/- (negotiable) in case of retired person.
