We are glad to inform you that the 37^th WAGGGS World Conference is going to be held at Uganda in July 2020.

For the success of the conference WAGGGS has invited applications for World Conference planning and service team from the Member Organisations.

The last date for the submission of applications to the Governance team at World Bureau is 23.59 PM (UTC) Monday the 26^th August, 2019, and at Bharat Scouts and Guides is 20^th August, 2019. After scrutinizing the applications there will be an online interview conducted by the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters on 24^th August, 2019 between 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM.

WAGGGS will fund the travel, accommodation and conference registration fee costs and other reasonable expenses for the procedural team members to fulfil their role in accordance with the relevant WAGGGS policies.

The application form along with other related documents are enclosed herewith.

The interested Rangers/ Unit Leaders, who are below 30 years of age and fluent in English can apply through their state association along with the caution money of Rs. 5000/- sent by demand draft in favour of the Director, Bharat Scouts and Guides. (which is not refundable if selected and not participated).
