The registration for Golden Arrow Badge is an ongoing process. The last date of the receipt of Application for the registration of Golden Arrow Badge for Cubs/Bulbuls for the year 2019 is 30.09.2019 as a regular practice. You are therefore requested to please make sure that the application forms in duplicate with state serial numbers are to be submitted to the concerned Assistant Director of the Region. No application after the last date will be accepted by the Assistant Directors for the current year.

The Registration Form for Golden Arrow Badge is available in BS&G website www.bsgindia.org (Specimen is attached herewith).

Before recommending the application, the District Organising Commissioner/ State Organising Commissioner concerned are requested to make sure that the guidelines attached herewith are carefully read and followed by the applicants. The District and State are requested to keep complete record of the Chaturtha Charan/ Heerak Pankh certificates and the details of State Level Testing Camp which will be verified at National Level. A separate register and files must be maintained for this purpose. The Assistant Director will inspect the same at the time of visit to the State.

States are requested to encourage Cubs & Bulbuls for this highest award.
