National level Youth Forum for Rovers & Rangers is scheduled to be held at Bargaon ITI Campus, Sundargarh, Odisha State from 29^th September to 03^rd October, 2019.

State Association who have not confirmed their participation is requested to submit the list of participants to the National Headquarters along with their travel itinerary immediately for our further arrangements.

We request you to select the best and deserving candidates for this Forum as we are going to earmark the nominees from this prestigious forum for the fourth coming 14^th World Scout Youth Forum to be held at Egypt in 2020.
