We are glad to inform you that National Level Rover Ranger Symposium to Commemorate 150^th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi will be organized at National Headquarters, the Bharat Scouts and Guides from 29^th September to 03^rd October 2019.

Dates - 29^th September to 03^rd October 2019.

Date of Arrival - 29^th September, 2019 Before Lunch.

Date of Departure - 03^rd October, 2019 After Lunch.

Who can attend - Rovers / Rangers age between 17 to 25 years and completed Nipun test are eligible to attend the event.

Fee - Scout Guide Welfare Fund: Rs. 180/- per head for Rovers & Rangers to be paid at the time of registration.

Quota - Rovers: -02, Rangers: - 02  Total: - 04 (No additional participants will be accepted).

Financial Assistance - Concessional 2^nd Sleeper Class Railway fare, Ordinary Govt. Bus fare will be reimburse on production of Train Tickets & Bus Tickets in Original. National Headquarters will reimburse travel subsidy maximum @ Rs. 550/- per head or actual whichever is less, on production of train/bus tickets. No AC/Volvo fare will be paid (Auto/taxi fare or Tatkal fare is not admissible). Participants from Railway States should ensure utilization of Railway Pass.  Free lodging and boarding will be provided during the camp days.

What to Bring - INDIVIDUAL KIT:- Two sets of Correct and complete uniforms as per APRO ll/lll, Toilet requisites, Personal dress, Warm Clothing, Note Book, Pen, Personal First Aid Kit, Plate, Glass, Spoon, Torch, Chart Paper, Writing Materials, Bedding, Traditional Costumes for Cultural Programmes, Musical Instrument, Costumes of Gandhi ji and other required materials for Symposium.

Programme & Activities - Following programmes and activates will be organized :- Peace march, All faith Prayer, Debate, Essay Completion, Drawing Completion, Speech on Life Story of Mahatma Gandhi, Skit, pageant show, camp fire, Exhibition, Slogan writing competition and Youth Forum. ( Please ensure to carry requisite materials for these activity).

Membership of NHQ Magazine - It is expected each participants should subscribe NHQ Magazine at list for one @ Rs. 180/- at the time of registration.
