As per the target fixed by the World Scout Bureau, the action plan has been prepared to reach out the target of 10 million Scouts & Guides membership of the Bharat Scouts and Guides by 2024 which is a dream of our Hon’ble President Dr. Anil Kumar Jain and Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner Dr. K. K. Khandelwal which has expressed many times by them during their speech in various meetings.

The Secretary General of the World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM) Mr. Ahmad Alhendawi also expressed in this regard for the quantitative development of Scouting/Guiding in India and he is expected to increase in membership for more than 10 million Scouts (only Scout Wing) and now we have fixed a target of 20 million Scouts and Guides during the next 05 years triennium.

To achieve this target, the undersigned is nominated as NSO Growth Coordinator for the Bharat Scouts and Guides.

Similarly, you are also requested to nominate any official or professional from your State Association as State Membership Growth Coordinators and inform the appointment to the undersigned by 25^th September, 2019 in the proforma attached herewith.

The job profile of the state coordinator is attached herewith for your kind perusal and further action.

Towards achieving the National target, National Headquarters is planning to organize state coordinators workshop during the month of November, 2019. The dates will be announced shortly.
