It has been observed that some of our youth participants (Scouts/Guides/Rovers/Rangers) and adult leaders & trainers are applying to NHQ for issuance of duplicate Regional/National events and Course Certificate due to one or the other reasons.

Hence, it is to inform you that to meet out the administrative expenses towards issue of duplicate Event/Course Certificate, a fee of Rs 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) is to be sent through Bank Draft in favour of the Director, the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters payable at New Delhi/ BSG NTC, Pachmarhi/ Regional Offices as the case may be along with the application.

Similarly, please refer NHQ Circular No. 19/2016 dated 05^th February, 2016 regarding issue of duplicate Rashtrapati Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger Award Certificate (Copy enclosed). Fee for issuance of duplicate Rashtrapati Scout/Guide/Rover/ Ranger Award Certificate, fee is enhanced from Rs 100/- to Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred). Other details will remain the same as per NHQ circular no. 19/2016 as stated above.

You are requested to bring it to the notice of all concerned so that the applications for duplicate certificates are received along with the requisite fee.
