As per the decision of the National Executive Committee in its meeting held on 01/09/2019 at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi, the following decisions are to be implemented:-

1. Article written by our Scouts/Guides, Rovers/Rangers, Unit Leaders and Trainers to be published in the National Headquarters Magazines. We have decided to start one page of scout/guide corner and one page for the trainer’s corner in the magazine. Articles as mentioned above are hereby invited from the individual. You are requested to kindly give vide publicity to encourage scouts/guides, rovers/rangers and trainers of your State to send articles for the Bharat Scouts and Guides monthly magazine.
2. It has been decided that after starting of Rashtrapati Award Testing Camps all the participants of Rashtrapati Award Testing Camps must subscribe for the National Headquarters magazine.
3. States are also requested to ensure the motivation of their scouts, guides, rovers and rangers etc, to become the magazine subscribers so that they will also be aware of the activities and also can participate in the quiz etc.
