The Bharat Scouts and Guides is celebrating the 69^th Foundation on 7^th November, 2019. The State Associations must have planned to celebrate the day with activities to promote the image and visibility of the scout guide movement in our country and the contribution of Bharat Scouts and Guides as a unified National Association for Scouting and Guiding with international affiliation.

Upholding our tradition to contribute to the growth and well being of the country men we have initiated many actions. This year being the 150^th birth anniversary year of “father of the nation” Mahatma Gandhi, we have dedicated to celebrate this foundation day with more zeal and commitment in achieving the "National Priorities" we are enclosing herewith the message of Honorable President and Chief National Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides on the occasion of the Foundation Day.

Kindly circulate the message to all units and encourage the members of the association to make the ‘4R Pledge’ attached herewith.

Encourage all the scout guide units to administer the oath to all students of the schools where they are functioning to make awareness on the dangers of single use plastic. The reports with photographs, video recording etc., be sent to the National headquarters and the same be shared on our tweeter handle, Facebook page using #bsgfoundationday2019.
