Your kind attention is drawn towards NHQ Circular No. 22/2020 dated 03.03.2020.

National Rover Ranger Samagam is scheduled to be held at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, State Training Centre, Snow View, Kurseong, Darjeeling, West Bengal State from 17th to 21st April, 2020. You are requested to kindly submit the list of participants from your State for our further necessary arrangements.

National Headquarters will reimburse 2nd Sleeper Class Concessional train fare and ordinary Govt. bus fare subject to receipt of Govt. grant. Hence, participants to be instructed accordingly.

We request State Association to promote participation and should not go unrepresented in this national level event.

Please ensure to depute physically fit and deserving candidates who can bear the strain of adventure and take part in all the activities planned for the event.
