Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that a Programme Review Committee has been formed at the national level to review the existing youth programmes in the Bharat Scouts and Guides pertaining to development of quality youth programmes in the organisation.

In view of the above, suggestions are invited from all concerned i.e. Commissioners, Trainers, Scouters, Guiders and Young adults (Scouts/Guides & Rovers/Rangers) to provide us appropriate suggestions with reasons what changes they need and why in the existing youth programme in the Bharat Scouts and Guides.

The duly filled proforma of suggestions (proforma enclosed) should reach National Headquarters by e-mail at [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] latest by 30th April, 2020.

The suggestions received will be consolidated and put-up before the review committee for its further necessary action.

State Associations are requested to motivate all concern in this regard and utilize the time during this period of #StayAtHome and provide suitable suggestions as stated above.
