It is great pleasure to inform you that our Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Adult Leaders of the movement are rendering their yeomen services at all level by assisting in various ways to the State / District / Local administration and agencies at the grassroots to fight against COVID-19. The service rendered by our organisation is highly appreciated by the Administration, Print and Electronic Media, and others.

To inspire, motivate and encourage the members of the Bharat Scouts and Guides who are rendering their valuable services as a COVID-19 Warriors during this crucial period, it is decided that the National Headquarters will recognize the zeal & commitment of our volunteers who has sacrificed themselves as a COVID-19 warriors and doing excellent services.

In view of the above, State Associations are requested to forward the name of such Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Adult Leaders with their contact details along with a report and action photographs to authenticate the work to the National Headquarters, New Delhi. The details of work done to combat COVID-19 will be considered w. e. f. 23rd March, 2020 onwards. The same may please be email in [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] .

Award for the best performance in Project “Sankalp” will be recognized separately to which circular is already circulated vide NHQ Circular No. 41/2020 dated 03rd April, 2020.
