Your kind attention is drawn toward NHQ Circular No. 52/2020 dated 29.04.2020 and Circular No. 61/2020 dated 09.05.2020 in which an ‘appeal’ was made to all the State Associations to register the youths of the Bharat Scouts and Guides as BSG COVID-19 Warriors in the goggle form for which link https://forms.gle/kx888UFUPREsxiSi9 was shared . This is in consonance with the desire of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India to highlight the Bharat Scouts and Guides youth members in Govt. of India COVID warriors list.

In view of the above, the registration in the given link https://forms.gle/kx888UFUPREsxiSi9is now further extended up to 25th May, 2020.

We once again request an “appeal” to all the State Associations to kindly communicate this matter to all concerned up to the grassroots with instructions that all youth members (Scouts & Guides, Rovers & Rangers and Adult Leaders) between 16-25 years of age to register themselves in the given link immediately so that the names of our youths may further be submitted to the Ministry to register in the Govt. of India COVID Warriors list. This will also enable us create more impact towards visibility of the organisation in the country.

We solicit your cooperation in this regard and ensure that maximum youths are registered in the given link keeping the matter as “top-most priority” please.
