Dear Sir/Madam,

At the outset we congratulate all the State Associations for completing one academic year from 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019 will full of activities. We also than all the State Associations for their support to National Headquarters to make the Regional and National Events not only successful but also memorable one.

We are very sure that you are also prepare and provide the Annual Report of your State Associations for 2018-2019. You will feel happy that National Headquarters has to select and publish the report of activities conducted by each state in our Annual Report which is to be distributed to all members in the meeting of National Council to be held in November, 2019. The Annual Report of 2017-18 is enclosed herewith.

The report of the activities of each state will be both in English and Hindi along with different photographs will be in our Annual Report, so you are requested to send the consolidated report of activities conducted/ attended/ represented by your State for the period from 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019. You may submit report either in English or in Hindi with different photographs. National Headquarters will take the responsibility of translating your report either from English to Hindi or Hindi to English. If you wish, you are free to send reports in both English and Hindi with different content so that we can include more activities of your state.

The consolidated reports from each state should reach the National Headquarters on or before 15th May 2019. Late reports will not be accepted. Please do not wait for the reminders from the National Headquarters.
