We are glad to inform you that the 16th World Scout Moot will take place in Ireland. The World Scout Moot is an International event for young people.

Details are as follows:

Event: 16th World Scout Moot, Ireland

Registration Fee for Youth participant: € 245 per head. Fee covers Moot event from the opening ceremony on the 19th July to the closing ceremony on the 29th July 2021. This includes all travel, food, accommodation and all programme elements. It will also cover insurance during the event and medical care.

Registration Fee for IST: € 200 per head. Fee covers the cost of the Moot event from the opening ceremony on the 19th July to the closing ceremony on the 29th July 2021. This includes all travel, food, accommodation and all programme elements. It will also cover insurance during the event and medical care.

Who can Participate: Participant: Young people 18-25 years of age must have borne between 18th July 1995 and 19th July 2003. Participants not coming under this date of birth category need not apply. Their application will automatically be rejected.

IST: Atleast 26 years of age on 19th July 2021. Their date of birth must be 19th July 1995 or earlier.

Payment Mode: If Selection Intimation Letter is received from NHQ. All related payment are to be made accordingly before the deadline failing to which selection will automatically be treated as ‘Cancelled’

Caution Fee: Rs. 5000/- Non- refundable, Draft in favour of “ Bharat Scouts and Guides” payable at New Delhi

Approximate Airfare: Approximate Air-fare will be communicated shortly in the next circular.

Entry Point: The entry point to the Moot will be Dublin City.

Last  Date of Application: The application of the participants and IST’s should reach to National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 30th June 2019 along with photocopy of Valid passport. (Passport validity should be atleast upto February 2022) and caution Money Rs. 5000/-.

State Association are requested to give wide publicity of this moot amongst the members and recommend the application of the willing and deserving candidates in the prescribed proforma (enclosed) along with photocopy of valid passport so as to reach on or before 30th June, 2019.
