Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform you that the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan has invited to take part in their international Scout Camp ‘Wonderland Azerbaijan 2019” which will be held in Ismailli. The very first such International Scout Camp, Wonderland was held in Shaki in 2013.

Details are as follows:

Arrival at Venue: Participants are expected to arrive on 01st July , 2019

Departure from Venue: Depart after lunch on 08th July, 2019

Who can attend: 11-17 years of Age, Staff Volunteers above 18 of Age

Accommodation: Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan will provide tents

Registration Fee: 50 Euros per person (approx INR 4000/-) (included local transportation in Azerbaijan, meals during the camp, participation in all activities during the camp, t-shirts and other printing materials).

Activities: Pioneering, Handcrafts, archery, shooting, campfire, safety, knots, SOS training, forest challenge, trekking hiking to Ashigbayramli Reservoir, sports games, cultural and historical city tours, extreme overnight activities, orienteering and other adventures.

Caution Fee: Rs. 5000/- Non- refundable, if selected and not participated, Draft in favour of “ Bharat Scouts and Guides” payable at New Delhi

Air fare & VISA: New Delhi to Azerbaijan and back approximately 75,000/- (subject to actual) inclusive of VISA charges.

Last  Date of Application: Since the time is short, preference will be given on “First Come First Serve basis” application of the participating candidates should reach National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 31st May, 2019 along with a photocopy of valid passport and caution money.

You are requested to encourage candidates and recommend application in prescribed proforma (enclosed) to the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi latest by 31st May, 2019.
