Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for participating in the Virtual State Secretaries’ Meeting held online today (07th July, 2020).
As appealed by Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner about the importance of registration of Scouts, Guides, Rovers, Rangers and Unit Leaders aged between 15 to 25 years in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India Portal, I would like to request you to kindly make your sincere effort to submit the list of young people to the National Headquarters immediately for further submission to the Ministry for Government of India Portal.
Please take this matter as ‘most important’ to create impact of Scouting & Guiding with the Govt. of India and to empower the visibility of the movement in the country.
Soft copy of the proforma is enclosed herewith for your necessary action.
An immediate action in this regard on ‘priority basis’ is wholeheartedly solicited from your end so as to reach NHQ in regular intervals. Your 1st list is expected latest by 10.07.2020 (Friday) positively without fail.
