Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to inform you that due to prevailing novel Covid pandemic in the country, Hon’ble Chief National Commissioner is pleased to accord relaxation to renew the Honourable Charge of Trainers of both wings for a period of one year. The terms and conditions for renewal of Honourable Charge validity is furnished as under:

1. Trainers who is unable to submit Quadrennial report but recommended by the State Association as a special case.
2. Trainers who is due to attend ROT but couldn’t attend.
3. Trainers who could not assist or conduct the courses as per requirement.
4. The trainers who have submitted Quadrennial report to NTC duly recommended by STC (S)/STC (G) as a routine will get renewal as per practice.

State Training Commissioners are requested to send the details of trainers for the special consideration as mentioned above.
