Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to pandemic Covid 19, it has been found difficult to dispatch the log book and also to judgement at the District and State level.

It is therefore decided that, if original log book cannot be submitted, the state may collect soft copy of the log book and after the judgement through Zoom Meeting (if physically not possible) the selected log book or soft copy may be sent to National Headquarters by 15th September, 2020 without fail.

The states are free to send hard copy or soft copy as per their convenience.
