We are pleased to inform you that Korea Scout Association will host the International
Digital Jamboree scheduled from October 15th to November 15th 2020. Details of the event are
as under:

Details of the event as follows:

Name of the Event: International Digital Jamboree - 2020

Dates: 15th October to 15th November 2020

Venue: International Digital Jamboree 2020 Website (scheduled to open
Oct, 15th) and Participants personal Social media platform (SNS)

Who can participate: 01 Patrol of Scouts/Guides with 01 Scout/Guide Unit Leader. Please note: Individual Scout/Guide or Individual Scout/Guide Leader is not allowed to participate alone. (One Patrol consists of 8+1)

How to apply: Candidates have to submit the complete filled excel application form duly recommended by the State Association to NHQ.

Registration Fee: Candidate has to deposit Rs. 1000/- being the administrative
charges (Non-refundable) through bank transfer in the following

Registration fee for participation in the event will be intimated by Korea Scout Association to the candidate directly by email for donation in WOSM donation platform which will be accepted as the registration fee instant (No Minimum or Maximum on donations). As soon as the donation is made to WOSM donation platform applicants are requested to submit a screenshot image of their donation to WOSM donation platform by email to Korea Scout Association with a copy to info@bsgindia.org for further NSO endorsement.

Please note: Korea Scout Association will confirm applicant’s participation only after receiving the donation proof.

Souvenir: On successful registration after receiving the donation proof each candidate will receive souvenir items such as T-Shirt, Ribbon, Bracelet, 25th World Scout Jamboree Scarf, badge, Woggle.

* Donation fund will be used for buying masks for disadvantaged children

Scout W.A.Y (Where Are You?):

o Story of community service in World Scouting
o Story that makes scouts feel proud

Opening Closing ceremony: 

o Interview with pandemic heroes
o Outcome of the IDJ 2020

Last date of application is 10th September 2020. Interested candidates may submit the details of registration as per the excel sheet attached on or before the deadline. Application received after 10th Sept, 2020 will not be accepted. Administrative charges at Rs. 1000/- paid for the purpose is non refundable once paid due to any reason/reasons thereof.

State Association are requested to give wider publicity of this digital Jamboree and promote participation as the seats are limited. Application will be considered on “First Come First Serve Basis” on receipt of complete details as per excel sheet along with registration fee towards administrative charges Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable) and endorsement of the State Association.
