Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to announce the BSG Film Festival, to be organised by the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters for the members and the well wishers (non-members) of the organisation. The very first BSG Film Festival is now open to all. This is an initiation to promote films about Scouting & Guiding and how our youth is contributing to create a better world.

We are inviting for films in two categories – Short film (Community Service / Community Development / Sustainable Development Goals), Documentary (Scouting & Guiding Skills).

Indian citizen, who are above 18 years of age, individual or Unit from anywhere in the country can participate in the competition. The competition is open to non-Scouts/Guides also, but they must collaborate with a Scout/ Guide group to complete the project.

The contest is open for enrollment from 11th September, 2020 and the last date for submission of videos is 15th December, 2020. All films should be submitted through online Google form only. Please attach Google Drive Open link in Google Form of your video, along with a short biography of the filmmaker, as well as a brief synopsis of your film (not more than 100 words) to be sent during submission of videos. Applicant sends the video by filling online Google form in below mentioned link on or before 15th December, 2020.

State Associations are requested to communicate this matter to all concerned for further communication up to the grassroots level and inspire our young people to participate in the first ever BSG Film Festival.
