Greetings from the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters !!

To commemorate 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Bharat Scouts and Guides has organised multifaceted programme throughout the year at different levels.

In continuation with our year long programme, we planned to celebrate Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October 2020 with the name “Gandhi Darshan” by involving our members with our community. Some of the suggested programmes to celebrate Gandhi Darshan at all Level.

All Faiths Prayer:- Conduct “All Faiths Prayer meeting” by the members of BSG at their Unit/Local /District/ State at 07:30 AM

Green India Clean India:- Each member of the Bharat Scouts and Guides will plant a sapling in his / her area and take an initiative to care for the plants. The plantation programme may be scheduled at 10:00 AM.

Gandhi Darshan:-The Webinar on Gandhi Darshan is organizing by BSG, NHQ to commemorate and symbolic significance of the 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. It helps to focus and spreading the ideology of Mahatma Gandhi. The webinar will commence at 04:00 pm live on BSG YouTube channel.

It is requested to all the state Associations please motivate and inform the members up to grassroots level to celebrate this occasion. For the huge publicity of the event use electronic media and social networking sites. Send the compiled reports of the day celebration along with photographs to concern Regional Headquarters on or before 05 October 2020. The Regional Headquarters shall compile the received reports and forwarded to NHQ by 06 October at 06:00 PM so that compiled report may share with concerned departments.
