Dear Sir/Madam,

The Upa-Rashtrapati Award Competition for the year 2019-20 will start w.e.f. 01st July 2019. The Registration of Units for participating in the Upa-Rashtrapati Award for the year 2019-20 is to be completed by 30th April 2019 as per the Guidelines.

From the Registration received at the National Headquarters it is observed that very few States have submitted the applications with prescribed fee of Rs. 10/- per Unit till 30th April, 2019.

We are enclosing herewith the brief details regarding Upa-Rashtrapati Award Competition to enable you to follow-up with Rover/Ranger Units and forward the applications to the National Headquarters not later than 15th June, 2019 so that Log Book can be issued well in time.
