The 13th APR conference was scheduled at Colambo Sri Lanka.

Due to the recent incident in Sri Lanka the APR committee has shifted it to Taipai Taiwan. Also the date has been postponed by one day. The details are as under.

Dates - 13th to 18th August 2019

Date of Arrival - On 12th August 2019 Before Lunch

Date of Departure - 18th August 2019 After Lunch

Theme - Unite, Thrive, Grow

Who can attend - Who is a member of the National Board, Executive Committee or Sub – Committee as either the conference delegate or observer (Young Woman age 18 to 30 Years as observer).

Quota Allocation - 10 Observer – Will be selected from the candidates who will send the application forms along with registration amount as mentioned in the circular.

Financial Assistance - Young participants below the age of 30 may be given full or partial conference fee and travel grant by APR. 

Details of Passports - Valid up to March 2020. Copy to be attached.

Registration Fee for Observer - US$ 950 per person (Twin Room) with late registration after 31st May US$ 1045. US$ 1200 per person (Single Room) with late registration after 31st May US$ 1320. For Young Women US$ 665 before the 31st May, 2019 and US$ 731.5 for late registration.

Day Package for Guest (Please refer enclosed booking pack)

• Day Package with accommodation US$ 200
• Day Package without accommodation US$ 140

Flight Charges & VISA Charges - Maximum Rs. 45,000/- to and fro (VISA Charges Extra).

Caution - Rs. 5000/- , Non-refundable; if selected and not participated. Demand Draft in the name of “Bharat Scouts & Guides", payable at New Delhi. Application without caution money and scanned copy of passport will be rejected.

Last Date of Application - As the quota is limited, selection will be on the basis of “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE” The applications of the participating candidates should reach to National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 25th May 2019.
