Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings from the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Headquarters!

We would like to invite applications from young women from the State Associations to be part of the first U-Report Global Ambassadors team. The role is to ensure all U-Report Global activities are youth-led and youth-centred. There will be a final selection where they will be representing INDIA. The two selected young women will also be a connecting point with their national U-Report Steering work groups by sharing ideas, learnings and resources between the two teams.

The selection process of these two young women is entirely follow the criteria below:

• Should a member of the national U-Report/UPS working group;
• Have interested in global youth consultations and championing U-Report at National Level
• Be between the ages of 18-25 (Female only) years old
• Be able to connect online and engage in Zoom calls;
• Be able to access WhatsApp, email and google documents with weekly frequency;
• Be able to dedicate an average of two hours per week to this role;
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. 

The mandate as U-Report Global Ambassadors will start this month Terms of Reference (attached), which includes detailed responsibilities and next steps for this nomination.

The last date to receive the Nominations at National Headquarters is 13th Jan, 2021.
