Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform you that Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides is organising National Level Tribal Scout/Guide Amrit Mahotsav at Leo International Institute, Banswara, Rajasthan from 19-23 April, 2021. The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Rajasthan State has accorded invitation to the State Association of the Bharat Scouts and Guides to participate in the event. This event is exclusive for the Scouts/Guides of Tribal Units.

Details of the event are as follows:

Date of Reporting      :    18th April 2021 by Lunch
Date of Departure      :    23rd April 2021 after Lunch
How to reach              :    Trains are available upto Ratlam and Udaipur Railway Station The Distance from Ratlam to Banswara is 115 KMS and from Udaipur to Banswara is 165 KMS. Direct buses are available from Ratlam/Udaipur Railway Station to Leo Circle or Naya Bus Stand Banswara which takes about 04 Hrs. Participants can get down at Leo Circle or Naya Bus stand, Banswara to reach the camp site. Local Transportation arrangements will be made available by the host State from Leo Circle or Naya Bus Stand. if prior arrival information is communicated.

Who can attend          :    Tribal Scouts / Guides of registered units completed Dwitya Sopan in Scout/Guide is eligible to participate in the Mahotsav. Where there are no Tribal Scouts / Guides units, in such a case Scouts/ Guides from rural area may be deputed.
Fees                            :    Registration fee Rs. 100/- only  for Scouts/Guides and Unit Leader 
Quota Allocation          :    01 patrol of Tribal Scouts + 01 Unit Leader  and 01 Patrol of Tribal Guide + 01 Unit Leader total = 18
Final Assistance          :    Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides will reimburse T.E. maximum @ Rs. 1000 per head on                                                      production of a Train/Bus ticket. Free hospitality will be provided during the camp days.
What to Bring              :    Individual Kit: Two Sets of correct and complete uniforms as per APRO – II/III Toilet requisites, Personal                                          dress, Note Book, pen, Knotting Rope, Sutli, Knife, Personal First Aid Kit, Plate, Glass, Spoon, Torch,                                                Chart Paper, Writing Materials, Bedding (Bedsheet), Traditional Costumes for Cultural Programmes,                                                 required materials for Traditional Village Fair Exhibition, Tribal Food Plaza, Festivals and Rangoli etc.

Patrol Kit                       : Patrol Utensils such as Bucket, Jug, Patila, Bucket, Donga,
                                        Tasla, Serving Spoon, Kettle, Mug, eating utensils, etc for receiving meals from the Central Mess.                                                      Ground  Sheet,, Gadget items Musical Instrument, Local Costumes for festival and Village fair. Food                                                 ingredients for food Plaza etc.
NB: Hand Sanitizers, mask and COVID Negative Test Report is mandatory to be carried.
Programme                  :    Following programmes and activates will be organized in the Mohotsav

(1)    Patrol Activities

Traditional Village Fair, Tribal Food Plaza, Village festival, Folk Song, Folk Dances, Traditional Handicraft Village Bazar (Haat), Rangoli, Typical Village Wall Painting, Camp Fire, Physical display, Tableau performance Martial Art, Village came, Exhibition, Craft and Cultural Heritage of Rural and Tribal Areas.

(2)     Personal Competition
Poster Making, Essay Writing, Slogan writing competition, Dance, Marshal Art, Traditional Musical Instruments, Youth Cultural Talent, Fun Adventure etc. Youth Forum will also be organized. ( Please ensure to carry requisite materials for these activity)
(3)    Special Attraction
Educational Tour to Tribal Kumbh Mela Beneshwar Dham, Tripura Sundari and Sai Mandir etc.
