Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform all concerned that due to unprecedented increased of Covid-19 pandemic cases in the country, all the ensuing Regional & National Level Youth Programmes and Adult Leaders Training Courses circulated vide NHQ Circular No. 31/2021 dated 27.03.2021 is hereby stands“POSTPONED” up to 30th June, 2021 or till further notifications.

This decision is taken in view of the safety precautions and wellbeing of our Cubs/Bulbuls, Scouts/Guides and Rovers/Rangers and adult leaders.

Decisions of State/District level events may be taken by the respective State Association as per local
situations and government guidelines.
